Tundra Esports Wins BLAST Slam II

The second season of BLAST Slam in Dota 2 concluded on the evening of February 9. The battle for the championship title was fought between Tundra Esports and Gaimin Gladiators.

Both finalists secured first place in Groups A and B, respectively, which allowed them to start the playoffs directly from the semifinals. In the semifinal matches, Tundra Esports defeated Nigma Galaxy with a score of 2:1, while Gaimin Gladiators crushed Team Falcons 2:0.

In the best-of-5 grand final, Tundra Esports confidently secured the first map, then extended their lead to 2:0 without much difficulty, and finally capitalized on their first match point to seal a 3:0 victory.

The total prize pool for BLAST Slam II was $1,000,000, with Tundra Esports claiming $400,000. Of this amount, the players received $300,000, while the remaining sum went to the organization itself.
